Shopping & Payment
Do you have a showroom?
Yes. We have a corporate showroom in Jinan, Shandong, China, where you can view our full range of tiles in various sizes, finishes, and designs. Our main production facility is located in Foshan, Guangdong, the heart of China’s ceramic industry. Please contact us in advance to arrange your visit.
Do you offer free samples?
Yes. We provide free small tile samples for quality inspection; however, shipping costs are borne by the customer. The shipping fee can be refunded for confirmed bulk orders.
What modes of payment do you accept?
We accept bank transfers (T/T), Letters of Credit (L/C), and selected online payment methods for sample orders. All international transactions are processed in USD unless otherwise agreed.
Can I customize tile size, color, or finish?
Yes. We offer OEM/ODM services. Customization may require a minimum order quantity (MOQ) and longer production lead times depending on the design.

Delivery
Which countries do you ship to?
We export worldwide. Our logistics team can arrange sea freight, rail freight, or multimodal transport to most destinations. We also work with your appointed forwarder if preferred.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ is as low as 1 pallet for standard products. For customized designs, the MOQ will be confirmed based on production requirements.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Production lead time is typically 7–15 days after deposit payment, depending on the tile model and quantity. Transit time varies by destination and shipping method.
How are tiles packaged for shipment?
Tiles are packed in strong cartons with wooden pallets for extra protection during transportation.

Returns & Warranty
Can I return my order?
Due to the heavy and fragile nature of tiles, returns are only accepted in cases of manufacturing defects or incorrect shipments, and must be reported within 7 days after delivery.
Do you offer warranty for your products?
Yes. All Tileza tiles are covered by a warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover damage caused during installation or improper handling.
What should I do if I receive damaged tiles?
Please inspect all goods upon arrival. If damage is found, take photos of the affected tiles and packaging, and contact us immediately so we can arrange replacement or compensation.
